Plan · Meet · Succeed

Walk into the career fair with a plan.

Paradez shows you which employers at a UC Irvine career fair fit you, puts their booths in a walking route, and helps you practice the 30-second pitch you'll give at each one.

Less wandering. Better conversations.

A fair has 60+ booths and four hours. Paradez helps you spend them on the right ten.

Know who's worth the line.

  • Ranked against your profile
  • Sponsorship and role mismatches flagged
  • Talking points for each booth

Your route, booth by booth.

Strong matches are highlighted on the floor plan. Star the ones you'll visit and Paradez puts them in walking order from the entrance.

A pitch that sounds like you.

Write your 30-second intro, say it out loud against the timer, and get feedback on the beats recruiters listen for: hello, proof, fit, and ask.

  • Pitch review and polish
  • Resume review with stronger bullets
  • Built on career-center advice

Show up ready, not rushed.

A profile recruiters can skim, plus a readiness checklist that tells you exactly what's left before fair day.

  • Share it from your phone at the booth
  • Readiness score that updates as you prep

Good to know

Is Paradez free?

Yes. Paradez is free for UC Irvine students.

Is this an official UCI app?

No. Paradez is an independent student project, not run by UC Irvine or its career center. Fair dates and employer lists come from public career-center and Handshake listings, and you still register for fairs on Handshake.

Where do the booth numbers come from?

From the fair's floor plan once the career center publishes it. Until then, you can still browse employers and build your list.

Do I need to upload my resume?

No, it's optional. When you want feedback, upload a PDF or Word file or paste the text. Nothing on your profile goes to employers unless you share it.
