A group of anteaters is called a parade.
Career fairs are one of the best ways to land an internship, and one of the most overwhelming. Sixty booths, long lines, four hours, and a pitch you rehearsed once on the walk over.
Paradez started as a question from UC Irvine students: what if you walked in already knowing which employers could hire you, where they were standing, and what you'd say? The name is a nod to the anteater: a parade moving through the fair together, each with a plan.
Four rules we build by
Never hide an employer
If a company can't sponsor a visa or only hires full-time, we flag it. You still decide who's worth a conversation.
Your profile is yours
Nothing you write is shared with employers unless you share it. Work authorization is used for matching and never shown.
Coaching, not ghostwriting
The coach points out what to sharpen. The pitch you give at the booth should still sound like you.
Built for the fair floor
Phones first, one hand, bad Wi-Fi. If it doesn't work in a crowded ballroom, it doesn't ship.
